When it comes to RSS and newsreaders, I think that they are very handy tools, that will easily help me stay connected to everything I do, whether it be with school, or my personal life.
Teachers and media specialist libraries could take advantage of this technology by making it a way to do different homework assignments that would be relevant to finishing the project. Each student could create a blog and the teacher could go through the students blogs and read their assignments, without fingering through pages of homework, or opening around 100+ documents.
I think that just searching through the categories of feeds is the easiest way to find feeds that you may be interested in. Another way to find feeds, is to just search the feed, but then you need to actually know the URL.
